Abstract


Housing affordability index has become the living conditions of residents and evaluate the development of common indicators residential market . Simply put, housing affordability is a measure of whether residents have the ability to afford to buy or rent a set of affordable housing. If there is affordability crisis , the reason for housing payment difficulties and housing affordability crisis is the government housing policy formulation level of theory. Therefore, in formulating housing security policies , it must be related to housing affordability study . Housing affordability meaning at least from the aggregate level , the structure of social inequality and the three dimensions of housing supply structure to be understood , and the price earnings ratio and the monthly payment to income ratio indicators are difficult to measure social inequality structures and housing supply structure impact of housing affordability , housing affordability in the country but also the structural effects of the lack of research .
