Abstract


Under the new macroeconomic environment facing the world economic crisis , China 's real estate industry is in a comprehensive reshuffle to adjust the critical period . The stock of housing a large number of surplus, the decline in purchasing power , the industry will bid farewell to the era of huge profits to meet the rational consumption of low-profit era . Zendai Group, a private real estate company as a business for 15 years , 15 to achieve a cross-regional development , the development of a well-known real estate companies in the country from a regional real estate company , in creative real estate , especially creative field of commercial real estate , has highlighted differentiated competitive advantage. This paper, Zendai facing internal and external environment , combined with their own resources , use differentiation strategy theory , effective strategies and tactics of the company 's sustainable development . Strategic core competencies , specialization strategy to achieve the goal of creative differences of the commercial real estate , a unique creative edge within the real estate industry, real estate professional investment , development , operation and management of the company . The implementation of safeguards through exploration and investment in the field of culture and art , culture , art room products better and focus on brand building , management structure combing process reengineering and system construction , the building of the creative team of professionals , internal cost control , corporate culture -building measures . Combination of learned knowledge on practical experience in my career with the EMBA classroom , a periodic summary of the work carried out .
