Abstract


The object of this paper is to China 's urban and rural workers equal employment system . First , this paper explains and absorbed Marxist classical writers , Western economists and domestic scholars some research on equal employment of urban and rural workers . Secondly, through a review since the founding of the evolution of China 's urban and rural workers employment system , analyzed the main reason for our employment system during evolution , and to study the inequality of urban and rural workers during employment status and reasons , so as to achieve equal Employment urban and rural workers looking for an entry point . Equal employment of urban and rural workers in China by analyzing the impact of the industrial structure , economic growth , urban-rural income gap again, to prove that the urban and rural areas equal employment opportunities for economic development have a positive effect . It also makes equal employment system has a certain rationality to build China 's urban and rural workers . Finally, this paper establishes the objectives and principles of equal employment system built in urban and rural laborers , and actively explore effective ways to build China 's urban and rural workers equal employment system .
