Abstract


The process of economic restructuring and upgrading of industrial structure as well as the international financial crisis , unemployment is a problem that we have to be urgently addressed . Because it is not only related to the vital interests of the masses of the people , but also related to the overall situation of reform , development and stability , and to build a comprehensive implementation of the grand goal of a harmonious society . In this paper , on the basis of in-depth study of the classical theory of employment , elaborated on the Employment Situation and Unemployment in the form of Heilongjiang Province , seriously explored Unemployment and Reemployment reason for the difficulty in Heilongjiang Province , reliable data to support the future of Heilongjiang Province the employment situation predicted and expand employment Policy for the causes of unemployment at the same time , to provide a reference to the improving employment situation in Heilongjiang Province .
