Abstract


Workplace competition intensified, the expression in line with the job requirements emotional behavior has become a white-collar workers who survive. However, the appearance of the pleasant, conceal his inner irritability, depression, white-collar workers who lack good emotion regulation skills, long-term emotional pay may result in adverse psychological, emotional situation. This study focused on the emotional perspective, explore emotional labor (Emotional Display Rules perception, emotion regulation strategies), the relationship between emotional intelligence and job burnout. Survey research methods, samples were taken from the staff of the Shanghai area. Combing the relevant literature on the basis of a hypothetical model through exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, hierarchical regression analysis methods of statistical analysis, concluded as follows: (1) internal mechanism of emotional labor: expression of positive emotions \(2) Emotional Display Rules perceive a direct impact on job burnout: \have a positive prediction. (3) the mediating effect of emotion regulation strategies: depth behavior \fully mediated; surface behavior \(4) emotional intelligence on the direct impact of burnout: emotional self-awareness \; \(5) The Moderating Effect of Emotional Intelligence: emotional self-awareness between \regulate the role of \. The results of this study can be to maintain physical and mental health of employees, employee selection and placement, training and management in the organization to provide practical guidance recommended.
