Abstract


Currently , the service sector has replaced manufacturing as the world's foreign direct investment in the structure of the mainstream. In today 's increasingly open China's service industry , Shanghai service utilization of foreign direct investment is also growing rapidly. However, compared with developed countries , foreign direct investment in services in Shanghai, there is a big gap. So study the impact of FDI in Shanghai service factors , thus optimizing services FDI, promote economic development , Shanghai has important practical significance. This service- related FDI theory, FDI in the services sector in Shanghai -depth analysis of the current situation on the basis of qualitative analysis through empirical research and statistical measurement of FDI in Shanghai service factors , and make relevant policy recommendations. Articles divided into a total of six chapters . The first chapter is the introduction ; second chapter is the theoretical basis of this article , the main combed FDI in services related to the theory and previous empirical research summary ; Chapter of FDI in Shanghai's service industry , analyzes the Shanghai service FDI in industry characteristics ; Chapter FDI in services in Shanghai built analytical framework influencing factors , and these factors for qualitative analysis ; Chapter through partial least squares (PLS) FDI in services in Shanghai factors affecting the quantitative analysis, the results showed that manufacturing FDI, market growth potential , services openness is the impact of FDI in Shanghai service three most important factors to attract FDI in Services ; service industry gathering , market degree of urban residents per capita disposable income , service labor costs , infrastructure , GDP, level of service industry is the impact of FDI in Shanghai an important factor in service , there is a strong positive correlation ; human capital and Shanghai Service the presence of FDI in weak negative correlation ; sixth chapter is based on qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the main conclusions, the Shanghai service to attract foreign direct investment related strategies.
