Abstract


Since reform and opening , China's banking industry has made great development . At the same time , the banking industry is also facing more and more challenges , we need to continue to promote financial deepening reform process in order to promote the healthy development of the banking sector . With the advance of financial deepening reform , involving banking activities more and more capital operation , valuation is the basis of capital operation . In addition , with the development of capital markets , the valuation of the commercial banking system has also been given a richer content . Thus , commercial banks valuation is important and urgent problem . This paper first reviews the business valuation theory of development , combined with the practical operation and theoretical studies on the current value of several major commercial banks carried out a detailed assessment analysis and comparison of a variety of assessment methods , respectively, indicate the scope , characteristics and limitations. Then this paper, both from internal and external value of the commercial banks to study the creative process , and ultimately extract the scale of commercial banks , growth, business structure , management and asset quality five factors that affect the value of commercial banks , and analyzes factors corresponding to each measure . Based on the theoretical analysis , the paper draw on goodwill and net assets of France has selected a group of relatively better indicator combinations to total assets, net profit growth in net interest income and net non-interest income ratio of cost to income ratio and the NPL ratio as a quantitative indicator of the market value of commercial banks as the objective function to build a commercial bank valuation model , and select the 2007-2008 country 10 listed banks as a sample for evaluation model established in this paper regression analysis, estimation and verify the model parameters . This study shows that the market value of commercial banks with total assets, net profit growth in net interest income and net non-interest income and the ratio of non-performing loan ratio was significantly correlated .
