Abstract


Highway during the renovation and expansion of the edge of the opening edge construction building programs resulting in motorway service quality is difficult to be assured . This paper uses systems theory analysis method , based on the analysis and evaluation on the highway renovation and expansion period QOS the traffic run with the basis for the development of the road construction coordination . In a large number of practical work on the basis of combined the highway expansion construction experience , analysis of each of the main structures of the highway renovation and expansion construction and traffic organization programs on the highway operators . Use of systems theory analysis method , combined with traffic engineering theory , in-depth analysis of the composition and the composition of the subsystem of the highway expansion period QOS system . Renovation and expansion construction larger impact factors for transport operators to establish a motorway service quality evaluation index system based on content, purpose and characteristics of the highway renovation and expansion of the service quality evaluation ; application of AHP method , calculated by theoretical analysis and expert consultation to determine the weight of each indicator in the evaluation ; freeway Rebuilding some indicators of quality of service evaluation criteria and evaluation index attribute value calculation by reference to domestic and foreign research results and current industry standards , and nondimensional the problem has been studied to establish a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) freeway Rebuilding of Service Quality Evaluation . Finally , according to the evaluation model combined with concrete examples of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation .
