Abstract

The main task of this paper is to fully research literature , designed on the basis of the structure of the new APP herbicides existing synthetic route for technological innovation . R-() -2 - (4 - hydroxyphenoxy) propionate are important intermediates for the synthesis App class of efficient herbicides . The herbicidal activity of the herbicide by the R isomer hundreds of times higher than the S-isomer . This article reports a synthetic R - ( ) -2 - ( 4 - hydroxyphenoxy ) propionate New Method of Preparation of S- S- methyl lactate as a starting material , the reaction with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride Methyl Lactate on toluenesulfonyl . Hydroquinone monobenzyl ether reaction R - ( ) -2 - ( 4 - benzyloxy- phenoxy ) propionate , 54% yield , the final debenzylation product R - ( ) -2 - (4 - hydroxyphenoxy) propionate . At the same time , explore the hydrolysis reaction of S- the tosyl methyl lactate and hydroquinone monoester synthesis route ; explore with or without N 2 protection case to S - p-toluenesulfonyl methyl lactate directly with the hydroquinone reaction route . Innovation the paper the synthetic route , the synthesis of hydroquinone monobenzyl ether optimized , for the synthesis of S- toluenesulfonyl methyl lactate after processing has been simplified . Therefore , in this study to improve the efficiency , the more simple method of synthesis of the target product . For the protection of the environment , agricultural production , promotion optically active herbicides has special significance .
