Abstract


Prominent big city traffic problems , the construction of a comprehensive passenger transport hub for distribution of traffic flow , to become one of the effective measures to solve the traffic congestion in large cities , many major cities a major trend in the construction of transport facilities . Currently, some large cities have built comprehensive transfer of passenger hub is not satisfactory , hub internal passengers stranded , the transfer time is too long , too far walking distance transfer inconvenience phenomena have occurred . Grasp the principal contradiction improve how many impact transfer efficiency factors , and how to evaluate the overall performance of the city's comprehensive passenger transport hub to guide decision-making and implementation , the problems to be solved in the planning, construction and improvement of passenger hub , this this article discussed . Paper a simple description of the city's comprehensive passenger hub , the analysis of the factors that affect the city's comprehensive passenger transport hub transfer efficiency from both external factors and internal factors , and explain the structural model to determine the direct factors and indirect factors affecting transfer efficiency which laid the foundation for the study of countermeasures to improve the transfer efficiency . The paper establishes the evaluation index system of urban passenger hub transfer efficiency , the use of data envelopment analysis to evaluate the efficiency of the transfer of the city's comprehensive passenger transport hub and improvement measures are proposed based on the evaluation results of the city's comprehensive passenger transport hub . Finally targeted countermeasures the transfer inefficiency critical factors , which is more comprehensive exposition led to the city's comprehensive passenger transport hub transfer inefficiency causes and their solutions , preliminary theoretical system , I hope for the city's comprehensive passenger transport hub management provide a reference .
