Abstract


Expanding since 1999, our country's higher education enrollment scale, the rapid development of higher education, many colleges and universities to adapt to the requirement of enrollment expansion began expanding or building new campus, and formed a batch of multi-campus university. Add some colleges merged a new larger, multi-campus university has become one of the features of higher education in China. Multi-campus universities how to reasonable education resource allocation, the construction of campus culture, campus function orientation to improve the efficiency of management, realize the effective management of multi-campus university, is now a major task faced by higher education in China. In zunyi medical college as the research object, carries on the analysis about the present situation of multi-campus management in zunyi medical school, find out the zunyi medical school in the multi-campus management problems, and puts forward the countermeasures: choose the right management mode, actively broaden the financing channels, construction of digital campus, such as way to carry on the rational education resources allocation; Old and new campus by strengthening communication, innovation, combined with traditional spirit, promoting the fusion of campus culture; Through appropriate campus function orientation, formulate reasonable campus planning, reform management system, improve the operational mechanism to improve the efficiency of management. In this paper, to strengthen the zunyi medical school at the university of multi-campus management, to realize the coordinated development of multi-campus has certain guiding significance.
