Abstract

As the national economy and the development of transport , large freight transport vehicles in the increasing proportion of vehicles , truck overloading phenomenon more and more serious , resulting in asphalt concrete pavement structure fatigue, rutting and other damage , severely reducing road the use of performance and service levels. Based on a secondary road traffic overload investigation and analysis of the proposed pavement structure under the axle overloading force calculation analysis and structural rutting estimates , and overloading toll system are discussed, thesis work and research are as follows: ( 1 ) As paragraph G207 Lianyuan the geographical environment and they have a major political and economic significance of the phenomenon of serious overloading , so the G207 Lianyuan segment axle load traffic surveys and analysis . Proposed alteration to existing roads and asphalt concrete pavement structure . ( 2 ) By Bisar axle load calculation software overload response force under the pavement structure , and thus illustrate overloaded axle on pavement structure ; based on existing design specifications through the axle load - deflection , axle load - the bottom layer the mathematical relationship between tensile stress , get this article overloaded axle on deflection equivalent to layer bottom stress equivalence principle axle load conversion index . ( 3 ) analysis of the asphalt pavement rutting factors , as SHELL France is relatively well rutting prediction method , the paper used the theoretical approach and the layer respectively deflection bottom stress equivalence principle rutting prediction . ( 4 ) the bottom layer on deflection and tensile stresses were calculated to allow duplicate the role of road number ( life ) , on this basis, the calculation of pavement structure under the action of the axle overloading life reduction factor , in order to establish toll system overload and calculate the overloaded vehicles should be charged. Overloaded axle overload on road charges and the impact of charges linked to provide a scientific basis .
