Abstract


The construction of an integrated transport system is one of the major strategic task of China to accelerate the development of modern transportation industry , is also in accordance with the requirements of most of the reform , rationalize the transport development of institutional mechanisms to change the mode of transport development to enhance the comprehensive benefits of the development of transportation in the new era of reality need , is the focus of the development of an integrated transport for the coming period . After the central work conference in Xinjiang , as an important part in the integrated transport system , road passenger transport hub construction in Xinjiang has ushered in a rare historical opportunity to enhance the capacity and level of service . Highway Passenger Transportation is an important convergence point of the inner city passenger transport and foreign road passenger transport , especially in the central city area , a large number of road passenger hub station , its layout will directly affect the transfer efficiency of road passenger transport and other modes of transportation , will largely determine the convenience of the people travel , transportation infrastructure resources rational allocation and take full advantage of great significance to avoid duplication . Urumqi and Changji Area road passenger transport hub development status this paper uses the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis combined to predict the characteristics of the region's road passenger transport hub for passenger traffic of the whole society , the future hub station Zhanwu amount of work , and according to the forecast of the results the scale estimates Urumqi and Changji regional road passenger hub station the important degree indicators calculated sort of alternative passenger terminals , and then screened Naru Wu Chang regional road passenger transport hub in the bus terminal . Follow the priorities of the principle , determine the Urumqi-Changji area road passenger transport hub planning phased construction program and related safeguards . The research results show that the existing road passenger facilities Wuchang district is unable to meet the future needs of the region, highway passenger need to build seven new highway passenger terminals in order to better meet the region's demand for road passenger to 2020 .
