Abstract

The paper with plant growth retardants Effect of PP333, S3307, CCC-ground soaking Chung lotus seeds and seedlings spray leaves and IRRIGATING of processing, from morphological, anatomical structures and physiological indicators of plant growth retardants on Musella lasiocarpa dwarfing effect, and filter out Musella lasiocarpa optimum plant growth slow extension agent type, concentration and method of application. The results show that: (1) to 175 mg · L-1 S3307 intervals 30d ground Musella lasiocarpa seedlings IRRIGATING processing plants to reach the ideal dwarfing effect. (2) 10 to 40 mg · L-1 Effect of PP333, 2 to 8 mg · L-1 Effects of S3307 soaking treatment reduced the seedling seed germination rate, reduced biomass, dwarf plants, leaf chlorophyll content, improved net photosynthetic rate. 40 mg · L-1 PP333 soaking treatment dwarfing effect is most obvious pseudostem high 54.38%, 51.82% reduction in plant height. (3) 100 ~ 400 mg · L-1 PP333 root pouring and spray leaf processing 50 to 200 mg · L-1 Effects of S3307 IRRIGATING foliar spray treatment were lower the fake stem height, and the height of the seedlings, but IRRIGATING processing significantly better than foliar spray. IRRIGATING treatment compared with the control was significantly lower seedlings pseudostem plant height, the narrow leaf area, to reduce false stem diameter degrees, more compact plant type; reduce the POD, SOD activity; increase photosynthetic pigments content, the net photosynthetic rate of the seedlings, the efficiency of conversion of light energy, water use efficiency and CO2 saturation point, reduce the light compensation point and CO2 compensation point, to some extent, improve the the seedlings environment adaptability. 200 mg · L-1 S3307 IRRIGATING effect is obvious, make false stem height decreased by 70.29%, 67.54% reduction in plant height. (4) from the result of the false stem and leaf anatomical structure and endogenous hormone content, PP333 and S3307 seedling cell size did not significantly influence mainly affect its endogenous hormone content, reducing the IAA, GA3 and ZR content and improve the content of the ABA, delaying cell division, thereby reducing the total number of cells in the plants reach the dwarfing effect (5) whether it is of soaking, IRRIGATING or foliar spray, 7 000 ~ 10 000 mg · L-1 CCC did not play a dwarfing effect, compared with the control on the contrary, to some extent increase the Musella lasiocarpa plant height, biomass;, CCC pseudostem seedlings and leaf anatomical structure, photosynthetic characteristics, photosynthetic pigment content antioxidant activity and malondialdehyde content of endogenous hormones content is not significant. Show that the CCC is not suitable for dwarf Musella lasiocarpa seedlings.
