Abstract

This thesis, the selection of a new type of material , bamboo vinegar , for the first time used in fir seedling applied , through two field trials , the use of soil applied into spraying two application methods to study the application of bamboo vinegar on soil chemical properties, biological activity , fir roots and rhizosphere soil phenolic acid content and fir growth physiological indicators such as impact analysis bamboo vinegar role in promoting the growth of Chinese fir seedlings and improved soil properties . The results show that : ① Shi bamboo vinegar treatment , the soil pH was no significant change ; H50 ( Soil into , diluted 50 times ) and P300 ( spraying diluted 300 -fold ) , and P800 ( spraying diluted 300-fold ) processing can significantly increase soil organic matter , total nitrogen , available potassium , available nitrogen , available phosphorus , effective Cu , Zn , Fe content , and P300 treatment effect is better than other treatments ; ② Shi bamboo vinegar promotes soil urease , polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase activity , especially the P800 processing polyphenol oxidase activity compared with the control reached a very significant level , showing a good role in promoting . ③ different bamboo vinegar treatment different microbial groups compared with the control of the number were significantly increased, bacteria and fungi was reduced after the first increase in dynamic changes in the week after the facilities into the bamboo vinegar . Phenolic acid content of the the ④ fir roots and rhizosphere soil by the strong impact of bamboo vinegar treatment on fir seedlings phenolic acid synthesis has to a certain extent , reduce phenolic acid content in the rhizosphere soil , and H50 and P800 the treatment results were better in the P300 processing . ⑤ H50 and P300 processing field trials in height and diameter growth compared with the control maximum increase of 60.5% and 80.3% , respectively , reached significant difference with the control . Field experiments ( b) in P300 , P800 processing bamboo vinegar in promoting fir growth showed good results , especially for the fir ground diameter growth in terms of promoting the role more apparent the P800 treatment effect is also slightly better than the P300 processing . The fir seedlings chlorophyll content is also higher than that of the control treatment of bamboo vinegar achieve significant differences in levels compared with the control . ⑥ canonical correlation analysis showed that Cunninghamia quantity of microorganisms and the Cunninghamia soil chemical properties , soil enzyme activity had good correlation .
