Abstract

China 's road transport services have developed rapidly , has completed a large number of pre-stressed concrete girder bridge . Prestressed concrete girder bridge spanning capacity , the use stage performance is good , however, with the growth of the hours of operation , most of the beam bridge midspan cracking and under scratch disease . Cracking and under flexible mutual coupling effect, reducing the use of prestressed concrete beam performance . Impact of prestressed concrete beams cracking under flexible factor , how simple and effective calculation of the effective stiffness of the prestressed concrete beams after cracking and cross- section of the deflection , and cracking and under flexible correlation parameters impact analysis in this article the study of the main content. In this paper, we consider the material nonlinearity of concrete cracking sectional balance equation is derived , and the calculation methods of cracking section of the effective stiffness . Full bridge beam element cross-section balancing analysis cracking beam element stiffness reduction . Calculate the stiffness distribution under the mid-span deflection reveal deflection change under different influencing factors . After research found that the increase in external loads , prestress loss , diagonal cracks , shrinkage and creep is a major factor in the cracking of prestressed concrete beam . By numerical simulation to study the case of prestressed concrete simply supported T beam stiffness reduction and deflection of the growth of the four factors change . External loads increase and loss of prestress is very obvious for the reduction of the structural stiffness section stiffness after cracking a sharp decrease subsequently stabilized ; the large deflection section stiffness minor section stiffness decreases rapidly after deflection rapid increase in a linear trend . Oblique fracture height and width , as well as shrinkage and creep cracking and under flexible structure has obvious impact on cross - section stiffness stabilize the quarter near the cross-section stiffness began to sharply reduced , the structure of the overall stiffness decreases , and the deflection of the cross - sectional been increased .
