Abstract

Human language is the most important communication tool, is the essential difference between humans and animals, is a symbol of human civilization. Successful communication, the speaker's communicative intent to cause the recipient's equivalent reaction. But in the actual process of communication, the situation is often not the case. Speaker's intent often can not be the recipient understand correctly, that is an impediment to speak exchanges between the man and the recipient, that is, we usually refer to communication failure. The so-called communication failure means: \Famous Russian linguist А.М.Пешковский once said: \the inherent law, you have to understand the the Pragmatic law and talk law. In view of the great significance to explore the communication failure, Russian communicative failure discussed in more detail in this article. The paper is divided into five parts: The first part of the concept of communication failure and its theoretical basis for research. The second part explains the factors that lead to communication failure departure from these three aspects of the speaker and the hearer, the external environment. The third part is the classification of communication failure. Communication failure is divided into two categories. A language communication failure. Produce such failure is due to the characteristics of the language itself. Such as polysemy phenomenon, a homonym of the word refers to inaccurate nature of existence of the word, and the individual and the context of the general time. Another Pragmatic failure is mainly due to the hearer can not correctly understand the speaker's intention. Questions understood as imperative, urging surprised understood as distrust or criticism, the request be understood as a question or command, do not understand the implications of indirect speech act. The fourth section discusses the failure of communication in different cultural backgrounds. Language is the carrier of culture. Exchange in the case of cultural differences is bound to be some communication barriers. Section V presents the conditions of successful communication. To make the communication to achieve the purpose, the paper argues that in addition to need to make language accurate, clear, appropriate, but also master the Cooperative Principles. Should not forget the vital interests of each other in the process of communication. At the same time trying to achieve its own aims, taking into account each other from their own interests, the will to cooperate. The cooperative principles are: number of principles, the principle of quality, the relationship between principles and methodological principles. The purpose of this article is the reason for the failure through various communication master the correct communication method, in order to achieve the fewer mistakes in real communication, smooth flow.
