Abstract


Since 2009 , the global economy is getting warmer , and the overall economic recovery has led to rapid growth container throughput again , the rapid development of the container to drive the development of the container terminal , terminal throughput increasing the port area and the number of devices is also increasing . The continuous growth of China 's container terminal throughput , put forward higher requirements for the operation of the container terminal . Effective management of resources and scheduling of container terminal is necessary to ensure smooth flow of container terminal . Container yard as a transit of the complete logistics system , a very prominent position . With the rapid development of China 's modern port , the rapid increase in container traffic to the pier tremendous job pressure down box job (Restowing Operation) Yard operational efficiency have become increasingly prominent .
