Abstract
Along with the rapid development of the urban underground transportation construction, city subway, highway tunnels, underground pedestrian streets innovative the underground traffic engineering are emerging. Although the long tunnel accumulation Construction Method, but the mining law is still the most economical and reasonable construction method in hard rock areas tunnel engineering. Over the years, the mining law in the application to be constantly improved and perfected, but the tunnel blasting excavation blasting vibration effect has never been satisfactorily resolved. New Urban blasting excavation of the tunnel project inevitably close to ground and surface affect both building (structure) building materials in buildings in dense urban areas, its consequences and the loss caused be disastrous. Blasting excavation conditions in order to study the city tunnel the surface buildings velocity response law, to the the Fuzhou Airport Expressway Kuiqi tunnel engineering background and particle velocity monitoring and analysis of both ancient buildings on the upper surface of the tunnel to come to the measuring point velocity response of the law. At the same time, combined the tunnel scene Kuiqi actual construction situation, the use of large-scale dynamic finite element analysis software ANSYS / LS-DYNA numerical simulation, the velocity response of tunnel blasting excavation caused the surface both ancient building supplemented verify the dynamic response of the surface buildings law, and the a reasonable excavation process proposed for the project. This paper and the results are as follows: Fuzhou airport the highway Kuiqi tunnel engineering, the existing tunnel blasting monitoring principle and common monitoring methods identified the Kuiqi tunnel project blasting excavation site monitoring program. On field test tunnel blasting excavation under the conditions of surface building velocity peak and the main vibration frequency of monitoring results. ② For field trials resulting monitoring data, measuring point peak velocity and the main vibration frequency analysis drawn tunnel blasting the surface main vibration frequency of the building excavation conditions and the dynamic response of the peak velocity, combined with specification procedures to determine the building the security status of the matter. (3) Description of numerical simulation method of key issues, including: blasting load model, the calculation of blasting load is applied to the non-reflecting boundary of the finite field and damping conditions. According to the conditions of the the tunnel project Kuiqi blasting construction, using ANSYS / LS-DYNA software to create three-dimensional numerical analysis of the model, calculated drawn tunnel blasting the surface building measuring point at the excavation under the conditions of peak vibration velocity. (4) through the comparison of the numerical results with field data analysis and numerical simulation method in tunnel blasting vibration effect the feasibility study. The numerical simulation results further validate the surface buildings on site measurement of response pattern. ⑤ use of numerical simulation methods, when used for tunnel the different blasting boring program the surface building peak velocity contrast, under which the to draw reasonable tunnel excavation process to guide on-site construction.
