Abstract


This paper uses the French philosopher Albert Camus 's existentialist philosophy to analyze the German writer Günter Grass 's novel \Firstly statement Camus existentialist philosophy about absurd theory, including the concept of a sense of the absurd and ridiculous , absurd reasons causing the face of absurd and ridiculous attitudes characteristic of a person . Then according to the theoretical analysis of \Discussion about the text around two main issues : 1, text whether the world is full of a sense of the absurd Camus world ? 2 , the hero Oscar who express a ridiculous human traits ? His pen with Camus ' absurd hero \outcome of the aforementioned questions. Through specific text analysis , the article concludes : Camus 's absurd philosophy in the Grass 's novel \characteristics . Although Oscar and Sisyphus, who have ridiculous features, but Sisyphus is happy that he had been stuck with the same in a completely absurd from his love of life , because the love of so happy . The Oscar- face absurd it is helpless and suffering . \Since the publication of the book since it caused widespread concern in the community , it also attracts a large number of literary critics and readers are interested in its analysis . This paper attempts to apply the theory of Camus ' existentialist philosophy to interpret this literary masterpiece , not only proved its existence and Camus close links between philosophy , but also allows the reader to Camus' absurd philosophy from the perspective of Grasse have a better understanding of the novel .
