Abstract


With the launching of vocational education market and deepen , expand vocational schools school-enterprise cooperation , combining learning with breadth and depth . Achievements at the same time , however, the contradictions highlight the growing penetration of the market-oriented vocational education philosophy , administrative control and independent school dispute , the government arranged with the battle of market regulation and the contention of school education and market demand , etc. . In-depth study found that the contradictions lies in how to coordinate the relationship between good government, business and vocational schools . By comparing the developed countries, vocational education experience , we found that the involvement of industry associations , and help to stabilize and reinforce the government - corporate - vocational schools \The industry association is connected to the government, business and vocational schools three ties and bridges , and plays an important functional role in the vocational education system : One is involved in the management and decision-making of the vocational education , participation and organization of vocational education and training , is involved in the control and evaluation of the quality of vocational education , is to promote the continuing professional education institution building , and promote professional knowledge and technology transfer . Industry association dedicated to the service industry , enterprises and practitioners , and to promote the management and supervision of vocational education to reduce the burden of government education departments , industries and enterprises in training personnel . However , industry associations carry out its functions effectively need a good social environment , stable government support as well as the industry itself constantly optimize protection . Overall, the activities of vocational education as a cultured human need to establish a long - term , comprehensive and effective structural system . Therefore , the introduction of industry associations to implement the process of education and teaching , vocational schools should be in -depth analysis of its process in real terms , that is, to grasp control and trust on the basis of career and industrial education criteria and market criteria , educational equity and social differentiation to find a good balance point between industries and enterprises to meet the immediate economic benefits under the premise of the long-term economic and social development as well as a comprehensive human development .
