Abstract

Higher vocational education is our country higher education important component, strive to develop higher vocational education, is to further accelerate the pace of China’s economic restructuring, and actively improve the higher education system of strategic initiatives for technology-based training of a large number of high-skilled personnel, and optimize personnel structure, and promote the rational distribution of human resources, and promote China’s economic and social development of great significance. In recent years, with the rapid socio-economic development in Xinjiang, senior technology highlights the growing importance of talent, the community’s high demand for vocational and technical staff has become even more urgent, Xinjiang have established 21 vocational institutions. Higher Vocational Education in Xinjiang charged with training and delivery of high-quality all-round development of technology professionals of tomorrow. To achieve the training objectives of higher vocational education and training of vocational skills both excellent quality and have good moral qualities of workers, higher vocational colleges must attach great importance to ideological and political work.
