Abstract


China is a country with a long history , vast country , and the formation of a distinctive regional culture phenomenon . Culture is a constant conflict and the process of integration , China's regional culture as one of the sub-culture of the Chinese culture in the continuous development of this constant mutual communication . Public relations management is playing an increasingly important role in today's Chinese society , whether government or corporate , are increasingly focused on the process with various stakeholders relations from a strategic point of view , in order to establish their own image . Subcultures based public relations sub- culture propagation management will give to spread greater practical significance and operability . Therefore , based on the study of public relations of the sub-culture of the Chinese geographical spread not only is an important element of the study of Chinese culture , is to build an important part of China 's national image . China 's overseas offices, is a unique Chinese institutions , government agencies or commercial enterprises , various organizations in almost all the important cities in China around the long-term overseas offices , the variety of its functions . But so far , the spread of public relations did not improve to a strategic height to co-ordinate the management functions in overseas offices , thus affecting display their overseas offices of public relations advantage , as time functions of the position also makes overseas offices development into the bottleneck. This paper attempts to analyze and study overseas offices through the establishment of a sub-culture propagation model of public relations , the functions of positioning , effective judgment and found the significance and particularity , and functions of the positioning of the trend where such institutions exist , which in turn is based on the public relations the Asian culture Communication Manager provides new empirical research to find new perspectives and ways to further promote geographical subcultures blend deepen the connotation of Chinese culture , and enhance the overall image of the Chinese national .
