Abstract


General aviation tourism is a form of recreation based on general aviation aircraft. It is very popular in some foreign countries and regions, especially developed countries, but it is still a new tourism industry form in our country. With the advance of low-altitude airspace reform and improvement of people’s living standard, it will lead to strong consumer demand for general aviation tourism. However, how to better understand of general aviation tourism and choose what way to develop it, have become the primary issue for lack of theory and practice foundation. So this paper will take general aviation tourism as the topic to do some exploratory research, and it is significant to solve the above problem.This paper attempts to construct a research framework of general aviation tourism. Starting with the concept of general aviation tourism, it focuses on general aviation tourism system and development mode. At last, it is the empirical research in Shaanxi province.Starting with the concept, characeristics and classifications of general aviation tourism, this paper summarizes some basic issues of general aviation tourism; Then constructing a general aviation tourism model based on related theory, as well as analyzing four subsystems and several basic elements of system; Four development modes of general aviation tourism are proposed. The paper provides a specific measure to choose a development mode through establishing a general aviation tourism development mode evaluation indicator system, a development mode comprehensive evaluation model, and using a combination weighting method of triangular fuzzy number and entropy weight to calculate the indicator weight of four modes respectively; At last, taking Shaanxi province as an example for empirical analysis, the paper gives the comment of situation of general aviation tourism system in Shaanxi through investigation, then is the mode selection comprehensive evaluation. The result shows that it should choose the aviation industry sector-driven mode in Shaanxi, and it gives some suggestion for development finally.
