Regulation of monopoly industries has been one of the hot issues of Governments , the major research topics currently facing the world . The civil aviation industry as a monopoly industry , the regulatory reform by the attention of the world . Although China civil aviation industry in the 1980s carried out regulatory reforms , but Zhengqigeyi , administrative monopoly , still it has features , coupled with China is still in the process of economic transition , the industry regulatory Reform is still a long way to go . In this paper, based on studying the results of previous studies , theory and practice combined study from the following aspects of the regulation of civil aviation industry in China .
