Abstract


Prefabricated fragments as a source of stimulation to a high-speed crash on Explosives Explosives important test methods for safety assessment prefabricated fragments speed safe, accurate measurement provides an important basis for Explosives Safety Assessment . Benchmark buffering function design and circuit design through the selection of the light source and the photoelectric conversion , multi-level zoom and compare output design , the system has a safety distance , the effective detection area , high-speed response and anti-jamming features . Combined with the technical requirements of mission statement , analog calibration and experimental method of assessment of the overall system performance and the technical indicators verify check . The results show that the system is in full compliance with the requirements of the technical indicators , and has some practical value . Access to the fragmentation speed attenuation law in order to predict the speed of the fragmentation , this paper set up a the Fragment Velocity the experimental attenuation law system , live firing tests of 12.7mm taper fragments , fragmentation movement time and displacement data . Using the quadratic equation method and the midpoint of the speed the processing of the experimental data on each of the errors are analyzed and compared . Concluded that the quadratic regression fitting effect , the position, velocity standard deviation better than the mid-point speed . Quadratic experimental data fitting strike the tapered muzzle velocity fragments ν 0 and attenuation coefficient κ gained speed attenuation law equation .
