Abstract


Technology Spillover Effects of FDI among economists has been a hot research problem, especially for developing countries to effectively absorb FDI technology spillover is a convenient way to its rapid development . And in recent years, China has become the largest foreign direct investment in one of the countries . This paper aims to study the investment environment in the host country under the established conditions , the impact of foreign direct investment, multinational companies investing country factor. The author from the host country perspective examines the Shanghai foreign direct investment source structure , analysis of the impact on the Shanghai investment investor internal factors , external factors , and external environmental factors, by the Cobb - Douglas production function model is derived and promote it , and Shanghai Foreign trade data combined with multivariate linear regression analysis . The results show that foreign direct investment and the total social investment in Shanghai and Shanghai GDP there is a significant linear relationship. Explain the reasons given by metering , and finally on this basis to draw conclusions and make policy recommendations . Regression results show that Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan , Europe and America FDI technology spillover effect on the Shanghai region technology spillover effect is positive ; while from ASEAN FDI, on the Shanghai Technology spillover effect overall was not significant, FDI in Shanghai East Asia Region technology spillover effect is negative. The results of the study on China's other regions to better implement the central government's selective investment strategy , with a certain significance .
