Abstract


Suppurative otitis media in dogs is a common and frequently-occurring disease for police work dog Quanbing clinical cases, according to the Ministry of Public Security Police Dog Disease Research Center statistics , 3.86% of the average annual incidence rate of the national police dog disease , Nanchang area due to the warm, humid climate , the long rainy season , especially suitable for the breeding of bacteria , so the disease in the Nanchang area the incidence is higher, reaching 6.54% . Disease if they can not get timely and effective control , it will seriously affect the sick dog 's hearing , a direct result of the decline in the performance of their work , and even loss . Different regions, different pathogens spectral distribution of the disease and susceptibility to clinical drug quite difficult . The purpose of this study : analysis of the understanding the Nanchang area dog suppurative otitis media the exact bacterial spectrum distribution and various pathogenic strains of drug sensitivity in the region provide a scientific treatment of the disease of drug selection reference . Methods : 124 cases of suppurative otitis media dogs suffering from middle ear secretions for bacterial culture , isolation and identification of pathogens and isolated drug sensitivity test . Results: A total of 6 152 pathogens isolated were Staphylococcus aureus 60 accounted for 39.5% , 26.3 % from 40 Streptococcus pneumoniae , middle aureus accounted for 16.4% of 25 Pseudomonas aeruginosa 10 6.6 E. coli 8 (5.2%) and Candida albicans accounted for 5.9% 9 . Sensitive to antibiotics the G bacteria to fluoroquinolones , chloramphenicol, vancomycin , lincomycin, ceftazidime other mainly Staphylococcus aureus susceptibility test results ; Pseudomonas aeruginosa G - bacteria sensitive to antibiotics, fluoroquinolones , chloramphenicol , aminoglycosides , ceftazidime . Conclusion : The clinical treatment of the disease should be bacterial culture and drug selection and drug susceptibility test results , and considering the fungi and / or mixed infection and drug side effects .
