Abstract

Were selected and five years old, weighs about 40kg of healthy male Kazak sheep, single cages. The trial of four (each of 18 days, 72 days), one does not add gossypol, gossypol add 2,3,4 diet were 984,1353,1722 mg / d. Collect the test period, each sheep fresh fecal samples, urine samples, determination of the amount of drinking water intake, urine pH and fecal water content, and to study the impact of gossypol on the sheep water intake, urine output, urinary pH indicators (test Ⅰ). Reason test positive test for the first day of each sheep jugular vein blood collection, preparation of serum, while collecting urine, determination of serum hormone content and serum and urine ion content, explore the metabolic effects of gossypol in sheep water (test Ⅱ). Test using a 1% ferrous sulfate, 1% sodium hydroxide solution and distilled water gossypol and free gossypol content at 60 ° C for 48h drying, using aniline Determination study different processing methods and the different treatment time on the free cotton the influence of the phenol (Test III). The results show that with the increase in the amount of gossypol add Phase IV trials test sheep water intake, urine output, urine pH, wheat straw feed intake, defecation, amount and fecal water content was no significant change (P gt; 0.05) (test I). Antidiuretic hormone, renin, corticosterone levels significantly change (P gt; 0.05); adrenocorticotropic hormone, aldosterone levels, respectively, the previous three dropped four compared with three significant rise (P lt; 0.05 ); Serum Na level 2,3 decreased significantly (P lt; 0.05), 4 to return to the level of a downward trend; serum level of Cl-3 has reached a extremely significant with (P lt; 0.01) level, (4) recovery to the level of 1; Serum Ca2 level also showed a downward trend, 3 1 compared to the differences significant with (P lt; 0.05), (4) recovery to 1 similar level; Serum K, inorganic phosphorus, Mg2 content no obvious changes (P gt; 0.05); urine of Na, inorganic phosphorus content without significantly with changes (P gt; 0.05); urine Cl-content before 3 Qi rise, 3 compared with a significant difference (P gt; 0.05), four down, close to a level; K, Mg2, Ca2 content of 4 compared with the previous three were significantly decreased (P lt ; 0.05) (Test II). With time, the 1% ferrous sulfate, 1% sodium hydroxide, distilled water before and after free gossypol content changes were not significant, the visible three methods of the free gossypol processing time has nothing to do, samples may be improved Sample preparation (Test III). These results can be concluded that: with the increase in gossypol add amount of serum antidiuretic hormone, renin, corticosterone, promote adrenal cortex hormone and aldosterone concentration does not significantly so that the the sheep water intake and urine output was no significant change . Although gossypol result in serum Na, Cl-, Ca2 concentration fluctuations, urine Na, Cl-, Mg2, Ca2 concentration fluctuations, but still did not cause the change of the the sheep water intake and urine output, and thus that gossypol does not lead to the sheep decreased urine output. After the adsorption of the high moisture content of the liquid sample using a filter paper, placed in a 60 ° C oven for 48h drying process using aniline measurement Determination FG of content, measured value is not accurate, the present method is not feasible.
