Abstract


Firstly a general description of the state of the environment of China 's foreign trade and resource , a general introduction of the concept of sustainable development , this article will be studied - Foreign Trade of what our country 's resources and environment and sustainable development how trade policies affect ? should be taken in order to ensure our country 's resources and environment and sustainable economic development of China ? then this article the concept of sustainable development perspective , the theory of international trade , resources, environmental economics , a general introduction and commentary on domestic and foreign research on international trade impact on resources and the environment \On this basis , the paper improves He - Russian trade theory , to establish the analytical framework of this theory , draw the following conclusions - its resources and the environment and sustainable economic development of a country 's foreign trade depends on two factors: the import and export prices than the import and export products of natural resources content ratio ; when the import and export prices than large content than its natural resources , foreign trade is conducive to the sustainable development of the country's natural resources and economic , on the contrary , it negative effect on their natural resources and sustainable economic development . Subsequently, the establishment of the index system , using cointegration test , Granger causality test and correlation test , the conclusions of an empirical test results and theoretical analysis . After a brief review of China 's foreign trade policy , the recommendations should be taken in order to ensure the sustainable development of China 's resources and environment and economic policy . The concluding remarks of the article that keep foreign trade of the importance of our country 's resources and environment and sustainable economic development , as well as in the perspective of sustainable development concept , the labor-intensive industries , the responsibilities of the government and manufacturers thinking again .
