Abstract


Of this study the feeding the nutrition-control agent under the grazing conditions for weaning lamb production performance and blood biochemical parameters and endocrine hormones designed by the feeding regulation grazing lambs growth law. 45 randomly selected test in Tacheng regions Yumin County Bash worship sheep breeding base, 3 months old, with similar weight, health, disease, developmental ended often Bashibai sheep male lambs. Randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 15) Lamb, a control group (ck group) and two test groups feeding concentrated feed nutritional regulation agent level: test a group of 20 mg / kg, to test two groups of 40 mg / kg, ck group does not fill any nutritional regulation agent natural grazing lambs. Stop-start trial from June 12, a determination and collection of serum, on the 12th of each month until the end of the trial. The experimental study is divided into three parts: test a production performance determination, determination of body length, body height, bust, chest depth, chest width and weight. Test for biochemical characteristics, determination of total protein, albumin, globulin, blood urea nitrogen, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, and superoxide dismutase and other indicators. The results show that: (1) feeding nutritional regulation of agents on the production performance, the supplementation nutritional regulation of agents, two sets of test group in the 5-month-old and 6-month-old accumulated weight gain was significantly higher than ck group (P lt; 0.05), average daily gain differences significantly (P lt; 0.05), especially in the 5-month-old group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ average daily gain compared ck group increased by 22.92% and 34.38%. During the entire experiment, serum alkaline phosphatase test group compared ck group, a significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Supplementation beneficial growth and development of the animal, and can promote bone growth. (3) the the supplementation nutritional regulation of agents on endocrine hormones, the test group lamb serum growth hormone, thyroid hormones, iodine Thyroid three original acid, insulin and calcitonin compared ck group has increased, the individual months of age significantly increased (P lt; 0.05). Serum testosterone content increased gradually increase as the month, but lower testosterone content of the test group compared ck group. During the entire experiment, growth hormone synergy of thyroid hormone the triiodo Thyroid T3 and insulin regulation into animal growth and development, promote protein deposition, an increase in the ability of the Lamb digestion and metabolism.
