Abstract


With the acceleration of the process of China 's international standards , China's GDP data quality has become a focus of many domestic and foreign research institutions and scholars in the study , many institutions and scholars questioned the quality of China's GDP data . However , the quality of China's GDP data is still in its infancy , most of them focus only on the accuracy of the data or only from the theoretical analysis of data quality point of view expand . This paper argues that the complexity of the statistical data production process determines many of the factors affecting the quality evaluation of data quality should be a systematic process to measure the quality of the data only from the point of view of an independent biased . This paper , starting from the IMF on the definition of the quality of statistical data research connotation closely linked to the quality of the data from the international comparability of the theory of China's GDP data quality and GDP data quality practice international comparability of the two perspectives on China's GDP data quality . First , China's GDP data quality theory and the International Centre for Theoretical standard , identify gaps and deficiencies of the theory of China's GDP data quality , based Quality Assessment Framework of the IMF , the use of questionnaires to obtain evaluation data data collection, processing and publication of more practical aspects of the data quality of the representation of the country's GDP for China and the world , according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for quantitative assessment of the quality of China's GDP data , based on the evaluation results compared with the representation of the world countries . The results show that China 's GDP data quality theory and international theory standard is still a certain gap between the level of the practice of China's GDP data quality assessment to ensure the accuracy of the data evaluation level far below the world -represented countries , and in many quality minimum , the gap is obvious. Finally , based on the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of GDP data quality theory from the GDP data quality and data quality practice two aspects to strengthen its international comparability , the proposal to improve the quality of China's GDP data .
