Abstract

This thesis explores the dietary supplementation of probiotics and Achyranthes polysaccharide pig growth performance and meat quality. Average weight weaned health Landrace × Aberdeen, crossbred boars 120 7kg of about 21 days of age were randomly divided into five treatment groups, each dealing with four replicates were selected, each repeated six pigs. Experimental diets were: blank group was fed the basal diet of corn - soybean meal; antibiotic group was added to the basal diet supplemented with chlortetracycline (the conservation stages of 75mg/kg, the fattening stage 50mg/kg); experimental group Ⅰ added to the basal diet supplemented with 0.1% probiotics and 0.05% Achyranthes polysaccharide; experimental group II basal diet supplemented with 0.05% Achyranthes polysaccharide; 0.1% probiotics the trial group III basal diet. Feeding trials divided into three phases of conservation, growth and fattening trial period of 138 days. After the end of the feeding trial, 20 pigs were randomly selected (each repeated a) Determination of slaughter and meat quality, at the same time take Longissimus Dorsi muscle fiber type analysis. The results are as follows: (1) the impact of probiotics and Achyranthes polysaccharides on the growth performance of pigs in the conservation stage, compared with the control group, test group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and test group Ⅲ daily gain and feed conversion were improved trend (P gt; 0.05), the effect of antibiotic group; during the growth phase, the daily gain of the test group Ⅰ significantly improve (P lt; 0.05), feed conversion was no significant change; fattening stage, treatment There were no significant differences between daily gain and feed conversion (P gt; 0.05), the Ⅰ highest test group. (2) probiotics and Achyranthes polysaccharide pig slaughter performance and meat quality compared with the control group, the experimental group I and experimental group III significantly improve pig eye muscle area, and delicatessens rate (P lt; 0.05), on the dressing percentage, lean meat, backfat thickness, Department of Water and flesh-colored indicators had no significant effect (P gt; 0.05). Test group I and test the group Ⅲ relative antibiotic group, can significantly improve the pork drip loss (P lt; 0.05), lean meat, slaughter rate, the Department of Water rate, pH, marbling, flesh-colored no significant impact (P gt; 0.05). The test group II carcass performance and meat quality traits were not a significant change (P gt; 0.05). (3) The of probiotics and Achyranthes polysaccharides of porcine longissimus muscle chemical composition of the impact of the test group Ⅰ and test group III intramuscular fat content significantly higher than the antibiotic group (P lt; 0.05), while crude moisture and crude protein significant changes (P gt; 0.05); crude test group II of moisture, crude protein and crude fat no significant change (P gt; 0.05). Experimental group I and experimental group III can significantly improve muscle essential amino acids, flavor, amino acids and total amino acid content, but none of the three test group of single amino acid content constitute a significant impact (P gt; 0.05), the test group Ⅰ, the test group II and test group III muscle C18: 0, C20: 3 and monounsaturated fatty acids have a significant impact (P lt; 0.05). (4) The test group Ⅰ probiotics and Achyranthes polysaccharide pig blood biochemical indicators significantly improve conservation pig serum TP concentrations (P lt; 0.05), with increased serum IgM, IgG and IL-2 levels trend. The test group II, the experimental group III with blank group compared with the trend of increase serum TP IgM, IgG, and IL-2 content. Experimental group I can be significant with improve sterile hog serum IGF-1 content (P lt; 0.05), serum T4, INS and GH content increased trend (P gt; 0.05), the test group Ⅰ in serum IGF-1 content significantly higher than the test group II (P lt; 0.05). (5) The micro-ecological preparations and Achyranthes polysaccharide pigs back longest muscle muscle muscle fibers of the impact test group Ⅰ test group Ⅱ and test group Ⅲ of muscle fiber diameter without significantly with differences (P gt; 0.05), the test group Ⅰ and antibiotic group blank group muscle fiber area increased significantly (P lt; 0.05). Among treatment groups MyH Ⅱ b mRNA expression level of no significant impact (P gt; 0.05), with the highest expression levels of antibiotic group II b muscle fibers. Considering the indicators of production performance, carcass performance, meat quality and muscle fiber, add probiotics and Achyranthes polysaccharides to improve production performance and meat quality has a certain effect, can improve the immune performance of piglets and to improve the content of serum hormone and can impact the size and type of muscle fibers.
