The research on the Tibetan Plateau belongs Shiqu County, Sichuan Province, the Luhuo County, Dege County, Daocheng County, Ruoergai County Hongyuan County and Zeku County, Qinghai Province Youth, Gangcha County, Gansu Province Qilian County, Luqu line survey and 14 regions of the Tibetan city of Lhasa, Nagqu County, Yangbajing, Damxung wild bisporus resources. Combined with cultivated species collected wild strains of A. bisporus genetic variance analysis aims to understand the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Wild bisporus genetic diversity, mycelial growth rate and some strains of the different parts of the fruiting test designed to rich bisporus breeding material. RDNA 18s area of ??individual strains of different acquisition places ITS4-ITS5 amplification, sequencing results by species of mushrooms of the genus known in GenBank ITS sequences homologous sequences Blast sequence alignment, and mushrooms of the genus other species as a reference phylogenetic tree was constructed. The results show that: the the The sequenced strains clustered into one group with 99% confidence Agaricus campestris AGQL811 a confidence level of 99% of the other sequenced strains Agaricus bisporus poly class. Simple sequence repeat amplification polymorphism (Inter-simple sequence repeat, ISSR) technology, the choice of nine primers on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau 79 strains of wild mushrooms and 10 control strains for genetic diversity analysis to construct a genetic related poly class diagram. The results show that: the genetic similarity coefficients of variation range 0.24-1, the similarity coefficient 0.46, 89 strains were clustered into three groups. First class of 83 strains, 10 control poly in first class, second class has four strains, two strains in the third category. 79 wild strains and 10 control strain does not appear in the same genetic background strains, wild strains with significant genetic variation at the DNA level, showed abundant genetic diversity. Combined ISSR analysis and morphological characteristics of wild strains were identified as wild Agaricus mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), wild strains of wild mushrooms (of Agaricus campestris). Different parts of the wild-type strain mycelium growth rate test, the results showed that the growth rate of the wild-type strain slower growth rate than the control strain. Some strains of the different parts of the fruiting test results showed that the brown color of wild mushroom strains yield compared with the control cultivar is low and the difference is obvious.
