Abstract


Phosphorus is harmful elements, phosphorus content needs to be controlled at a very low level for high-level steel . As the the ironmaking process reducing atmosphere , little dephosphorization ability Dephosphorization is the one of the important tasks in the steel making process . In this paper, the study on the basis of access to large amounts of literature as well as analyzed and summarized at home and abroad on blowing converter dephosphorization basic theory and its influencing factors , through the use of on-site industrial test , sampling , analysis at each time point in the smelting process the chemical composition of the steel , slag and conduct experimental research , 100t combined blown converter steelmaking the dephosphorization effects and influencing factors were analyzed . The results show that : the distribution ratio of the phosphorus in the slag and the molten steel in the increase in the resistance of oxidation with the slag increases ; phosphorus in the slag and the molten steel in the distribution ratio increases with the increase of the slag basicity in certain slag basicity within , when alkalinity high to a certain extent , with the increase of the basicity of decline; phosphorus in the slag and the molten steel in the distribution ratio within the range of the degree of superheat in the slag increases with the increase of the degree of superheat of slag when the slag superheated high to a certain extent after , then decreases with increasing slag degree of superheat . Form the impact of the law and the process of blowing the main influencing factors of variation were due to be explained . According to the results of this study , in order to improve the effect of blowing converter dephosphorization , made ??the following recommendations : in the early smelting slag lower superheat the appropriate high gun -bit operation as soon as possible to improve the slag superheat , thus improve the slag dephosphorization effect ; and good slag temperature and alkalinity in the late smelting control the slag reaches better dephosphorization effect ; appropriate to increase the amount of slag ; taking care to avoid rephosphorization .
