Abstract

The anti- ice platform is one of the important structures in the form of offshore petroleum resources development in cold regions , China 's Liaodong Bay is the widespread use of such structures . However, in recent years , on-site monitoring platform in the area of multi- seat violent ice induced vibration phenomena platform , a direct threat to the safety of the platform production . Ice loads are the main factors to affect ice safety of marine structures , cause severe fatigue failure of structures , and other effects of environmental corrosion can cause attenuation of the mechanical properties of the platform structure , fatigue corrosion conditions essentially electrochemical corrosion process and mechanics of the process of interaction , and the consequences of this combined role is far more than the simple sum of the alternating stress and environmental corrosion alone , resulting in substantial attenuation of the fatigue life of the structure . Fatigue life assessment of offshore platforms , usually not directly consider the impact of the corrosive effect , resulting in a high fatigue life assessment . Ship structures considering corrosion effects fatigue study , the corrosion rate is usually as a random variable with constant mean , that assumes that the reduction of the thickness of the structure changes linearly with time . However , the existing corrosion test data to prove that : a single linear corrosion model can not accurately describe the more complex behavior of metal corrosion . From environmental conditions , the mechanical properties of both the comprehensive analysis of the necessary depth and extensive study of corrosion and fatigue life of offshore platforms . The article is based on the nonlinear uniform corrosion model , given the remaining wall thickness of the pile legs corrosion equivalent , based on the measured ice force time and ice - induced vibration response analysis of the failure of the anti - ice platform under corrosive conditions . The article refers to the numerical simulation results of years of on-site monitoring and sea ice of the ice conditions , the establishment of the JZ20-2 sea area in the Bohai sea ice fatigue environment model , at the same time using the spectral analysis method , the fatigue life under corrosive conditions against the ice platform analysis , and strive to give full consideration to corrosion conditions of structural fatigue characteristics , designed to rationalize the economy and security of JZ20-2NW platform as the basis for fatigue life assessment .
