Abstract


Isothermal evaporation method research in order to better develop and utilize resources in the Salt Lake Brine Zabuye In this paper, the composition of the brine, using two five system at the of Li K / / Cl - , CO 3 2 - , B 4 O 7 2 - -H 2 O, and Na , K / / the Cl - , CO 3 2 - , B 4 O 7 2 - -H the quaternary system 2 O, and four four Motoko system: simple Na / / Cl . - the CO 3 2 - , B 4 O 7 2 - -H 2 O, simple four yuan the system Na / / Cl - the CO 3 2 - , the SO 4 < sup> 2 - -H 2 O, the simple quaternary system K / / Cl - CO 3 < / sub> 2 - , B 4 O 7 2 - -H 2 O and interact quaternary system K , Na / / Cl - , B 4 O 7 < / sub> 2 - -H 2 O metastable equilibrium, respectively, were measured at 273 K under conditions of solubility and balanced solution density, and according to the experimental data to draw a metastable phase diagram, density - composition diagram and water plans. This study found that the simple quaternary system the of Na / / Cl - the CO 3 2 - B 4 O 7 2 - -H 2 O 273 K metastable equilibrium double salt formation, the metastable phase diagram consists of three the solubility single variable line, three crystalline regions, and a total saturation point. Three crystalline regions correspond in the single salt Na 2 the CO 3 · 10H 2 O, anhydrous NaCl and Na 2 B 4 O 7 · 10H 2 O, Na 2 B 4 O 7 of 10H 2 O crystalline regions, NaCl the smallest crystalline regions, and sodium borate, sodium carbonate salting. The simple four system Na / / Cl - CO 3 2 - the SO 4 2 - -H 2 O 273 K metastable equilibrium has the complex salt 2Na2SO4 ? Na 2 CO , formation of the metastable phase diagram by a of five the solubility single variable line, four crystalline regions as well as two of a total saturation point. The four crystalline regions corresponding to the single salt Na 2 CO 3 · 10H 2 O, anhydrous NaCl, Na2SO4 · 10H O 2Na2SO4 Na 2 CO 3 Na2SO4 · 10H 2 O crystalline regions, NaCl crystal District Min, Na2SO4 Na 2 CO 3 the weak salting, and the formation of double salts 2Na2SO4 · Na 2 CO 3 . Simple quaternary system K / / Cl - CO 3 2 - the B 4 O 7 2 - -H 2 O 273 K metastable phase diagram consists of three the solubility single variable line three crystalline regions and a saturation point. Three crystallization fields corresponding single salt of K2CO3 3/2H 2 O, anhydrous KCl , and K2B4O7 · 4H 2 O, including potassium chloride, potassium borate salting role. The interaction quaternary system Na , K / / Cl - , B 4 O 7 2 - -H 2 O for simple common saturation, double salt or solid solution formation in the system. The quaternary system metastable phase diagram consists of five the solubility single variable line, four crystalline regions and two of a total saturation point. The four crystalline regions respectively corresponding single salt NaCl, KCl, K2B4O7 · 4H 2 O and Na 2 B 4 O , · 10H 2 O. Phase diagram compared with the stability of the system at 298 K, 273 K the metastable phase diagram Na 2 B 4 O 7 · The 10H 2 O crystalline regions larger and K2B4O7 · 4H 2 O, NaCl crystallization smaller. The study found quinary system the of Li , K / / Cl - CO 3 2 - B 4 O 7 2 - -H 2 O 273 K metastable phase equilibria in non-complex the salt generates its metastable phase diagram by three total saturation point, 11 univariant curves and six crystalline regions, equilibrium solid phases, respectively, for LiCl · H 2 O, Li2CO3, LiBO2 · 8H 2 O, KCl, K2CO3 · 3/2H 2 O, and K2B4O7 · 4H 2 O. Of which of K2CO3 · 3/2H 2 O and LiCl · H 2 O crystalline regions smallest the while LiBO2 · 8H crystalline regions 2 O's borate dissolved in aqueous solution behavior is very complex, Li [B (OH) 4] · 6H 2 O formation mechanism need further study. Quinary system Na , K / / Cl - the CO 3 2 - , B 4 O 7 2 - -H 2 O 273 K metastable phase equilibria in complex salt K2CO3 · Na 2 CO 3 · 12H 2 O generated metastable phase diagram by four saturation point, 13 single-variable curve 7 crystalline regions composed of equilibrium solid phase as NaCl, Na 2 the CO 3 · 10H 2 O Na 2 B 4 O 7 · 10H 2 O, KCl, K2CO3 · 3/2H 2 O, K2B4O7 · 4H 2 O and double salts K2CO3 · Na 2 the CO 3 · 12H 2 O. Which the of Na 2 B 4 O 7 · 10H 2 the O and K2B4O7 · 4H 2 O crystallization of a larger area, and of K2CO3 the 3/2H 2 O and double salts K2CO3 · Na 2 CO 3 · 12H minimum 2 O crystalline regions. This extract from the Salt Lake Brine borate has important guiding significance.
