Abstract


Inhabitation is the basic function of a city, also is the important factor for people’s life. City development leads to population explosion. Therefore, more and more residential space is demanded, which finally causes the short of city land resource. At the same time, the higher land price grows, the higher floor-area ration is, while residential environment has never been improved. In order to save land as well as to improve public environment, a potential way should be taken into account. That is to make rational and comprehensive use of the geo-space of residential districts.Based on the topic Shaanxi Guanzhong municipal housing system research, the article aims to discuss and research the exploitation type about the geo-space of residential districts of city that adopts the investigate and the analysis .Newly built residential districts in recent years take the Xi’an area as the key point, west the investigation and study the Taibai residential district, the Gaoke garden residential district, the Fengye new city residential district and the Zeweizhenpin residential district four plots, through on-the-spot investigation and the material inquiry way, we find the main problem was the underground space of residential districts development use function sole, the using factor is limited, the spatial distribution is scattered, and the development is out-of-order.In view of the present situation existence question, the article analyzed the monomer to residential district underground space main use function and the reciprocity. Proposed underground and ground in the function and the content, the shape and the layout aspect interco ordination strategy. Proposed the exploitation type of the geo-space comprehensive utilization about residential district underground space and the city underground space.In view of the underground spatial environment quality characteristic, from residential districts underground space the spatial environment, the physiological environment and the psychological environment aspect proposed the environment improvement design method and the specific measures.Simultaneously applies the fuzzy mathematics theory, from aspects and so on social efficiency, environment benefit and economic efficiency, established has lived the residential district underground space development use the fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation system, guaranteed has residential district underground space development use the feasibility.The article begins from the residential district plan, aims to the effective utilization of underground apace, take the environment improvement technology as the safeguard, make a lot of research on development methods and assessment way. It has certain of theory value and the project significance.
