Effects of Remifentanil Postconditioning on Apoptosis in Renal Cells Induced by Ischemia-reperfusion in Rats.

Abstract


Objective To observe the treatment of renal ischemia-reperfusion injury in renal ischemia reperfusion injury in the process of apoptosis-related proteins Bcl-2 and Bax , explore different doses of remifentanil , remifentanil kidney ischemic surgical anesthesia to provide a theoretical basis . Healthy adult male wistar rats 40 , weight 250 ~ 280g, were purchased from Shanxi Medical physiological animal room . Randomly divided into 5 groups of 8 . The sham group (S ) : Only separation renal pedicle occlusion ; ischemia-reperfusion group (I / R group ) : separation bilateral renal pedicle clamping bilateral renal pedicle without injury vascular clips 45min after release infusion 12h; remifentanil after treatment group (R1, R2, R3 group) : on the basis of the I / R reperfusion instantly use micro- infusion pump according to 1.0μg/kg/min, 2.0μg/kg/min , 4.0μg/kg/min different doses of remifentanil infusion 12h , while the S group and I / R group were given the volume of saline . The results compared with the control group , ischemia-reperfusion group and remifentanil after treated Bcl - 2 , Bax expression increased apoptotic index increased . Compared with ischemia-reperfusion group , remifentanil after treated with Bcl-2 expression , Bcl-2/Bax ratio increased and Bax expression lowered renal cell apoptosis index decreased . There is no statistically significant difference between the three different doses of remifentanil post-processing group . Conclusion Remifentanil post-processing can inhibit renal ischemia reperfusion early apoptosis , the mechanism may be with upregulation of Bcl- 2 protein expression and downregulation of Bax protein expression .
