Abstract


Leaves red railway is an important channel for connecting Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, due to the lag of the local economic development, its status and role in China's railway network is not prominent. Expansion and reconstruction program should make full use of existing facilities, the leaves red railway construction of a second line on the basis of the existing line transformation program and further proposed cargo train traction quality 4000t program, 5000t program, as well as the 120km / h , 160km / h speed target program. Try in the program than selected on the basis of the domestic line technological transformation method, a phased decision-making methods and the use of fuzzy decision-making in local decision-making method to elect the best program, that the two-lane 4000 traction quality speed of 120km / h program, reserved for electrification. The program takes full advantage of the existing equipment, to meet the full range of vision demand for passenger and freight transport, has a distinct advantage over other expansion program.
