Abstract


This paper analyzes the structure and the characteristic of the synchronous belt transmission,based on the development and summarizing the knowledge home and abroad.It sums up to the factors of captive test methods and evaluations about synchronous belts aiming at the transimission criterion.It carried out the simulation of dynamics analysis of synchronous belt with"Recurdyn". At base the length-measuring NC(numerical contol ) machine was desigened and manufactured.It arrange±5μm by accuracy.It also solved the problem of the measurement of long horizontal swing capacity.The accuracy of the measurement can reach up to±10μm.It established the models of horizontal and vertical vibration of the synchronous belt transmission.It goes along with the vibrating tests of the synchronous belts,which carried out its speed arrangement,to ensure the accuracy.
