Abstract


The computer network technology to the manufacturing industry has brought a significant impact and innovation , networked manufacturing has become one of the major trends in the development of the manufacturing industry . Computer-aided design in recent years has become a hot technology . Have been widely used in many large-scale mechanical design and manufacturing . Computer - aided design (CAD) is a computer system to help create, modify , analyze and optimize the design of technology . Intemet / Intranet network and parallel , high-performance computing and the popularity of the transaction , remote collaboration , virtual design and real-time simulation has also been widely used. How CAD product design information in the form of data available to other sectors such as manufacturing , the problems to be solved . In order to ensure the validity of data integrity , consistency , data exchange and sharing , there is an urgent requirement for unified management of large amounts of data in the design process . Design and development of CORBA - based valve CAD system data integration platform , can maintain the integrity and consistency of product data information production for the enterprise to provide fast , accurate data source . Starting from the actual needs of the valves CAD system , combined on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign information literature the CORBA technology advantage , to discuss the implementations of the CORBA technology in data integration . Established on the basis of a detailed analysis of the system demand conditions , the valve CAD system architecture based on CORBA technology on design ideas and implementation methods based on CORBA and XML technology valves CAD data integration system . Use of CORBA and VC programming languages ??and software technology , valve CAD system and the the CAPP system data communication , as well as from the CORBA server upload and download function . Application analysis , combined with the software system has been implemented to verify the valve CAD / CAPP data integration reasonable and feasible , and has better scalability , CAM / ERP / PDM systems data integration to provide data sources .
