Abstract


Objective: by drawing first trimester gestational sac size and crown-rump length , blood β -hCG level and gestational age curve for early clinical judgment gestational development of the situation , identification of abnormal pregnancy help and accurately estimate gestational age , and at the same time to work out our provide reference data for clinical work . Methods : 474 pregnant women at 5-11 weeks of normal pregnancy women vaginal ultrasound and ECLI peripheral blood β-hCG determination about pregnancy transvaginal ultrasound measurement results and serum β-hCG level analysis explores the gestational sac size and crown-rump length , blood β -hCG level and gestational age of the relationship . Results: 1 . Pregnant 5-7 weeks average gestational sac diameter and gestational age linearly related to draw a linear regression equation : Y = 32.65 0.80X (γ = 0.98, P lt; 0.001) Y representatives : gestational age (days ) , X represents : the the average gestational sac diameter ( mm ) , and draw a simplified formula : gestational age ( days ) = gestational sac average diameter (mm) 30, this simplified formula applies to the gestational sac average diameter of 10- 25mm . Pregnant 8-11 weeks crown-rump length and gestational age linear The linear regression equation : Y = 6.71 0.94X ( γ = 0.99 , P lt ; 0.02 ) Y represents : gestational age (weeks ) , X representatives : crown-rump length (cm), and came to the simplified formula : gestational age ( weeks ) = crown-rump length (cm) 6.7. 3. analysis of 5-11 weeks pregnant blood β-hCG level changes . 4 summarizes pregnant 5-11 weeks gestational sac size and crown-rump length , the relationship between blood β-hCG level and gestational age . Conclusion: 1 . Pregnant five weeks of blood β -hCG gt ; 1000mIU/ml vaginal ultrasound can be detected the pregnancy sac ; when the average gestational sac diameter gt; 10mm and blood β-hCG above 3000mIU/ml when transvaginal ultrasound detected yolk sac. 2 . 6 weeks pregnant gestational sac average diameter gt ; 15mm vaginal ultrasound examination showed germ , the germ can display up to 2mm, primitive heart tube pulse , the blood β-hCG level daily growth gt ; 66% . Pregnant 5-7 weeks to 8-11 weeks in the average diameter of the gestational sac , crown-rump length more accurately estimate gestational age , the former blood β -hCG gt ; 1000mIU/ml linear growth , the latter of blood β-hCG of gt; 60000mIU/ml and into the plateau .
