Objective: the as immunohistochemistry indicators diagnosis using immunohistochemical methods research , test , evaluation of CD147 expression in osteosarcoma, giant cell tumor , osteochondroma organization CD147 role in various types of bone tumors . Methods : SupervisionTM two-step immunohistochemical detection of CD147 expression in 56 patients with osteosarcoma , 30 cases of giant cell tumor , and 26 cases of osteochondroma condition . Results: In the group of 56 patients with osteosarcoma , 30 cases of giant cell tumor and 26 cases of osteochondroma , osteosarcoma positive in 41 cases, the positive rate of 73.21% ( 41 / 56 ) , giant cell tumor of bone positive in 10 cases ( Jaffe grade Ⅰ positive in 1 case , Jaffe classification Ⅱ , Ⅲ grade positive in 9 cases) , the positive rate was 33.33% ( 10 / 30 ) , 26 cases of osteochondroma were negative ( 0 / 26 ) , osteosarcoma group osteochondral tumor group of CD147 expression compared to there are significant differences ; giant cell tumor group osteochondral tumor group of CD147 expression compared also have significant differences ; osteosarcoma with bone giant cell tumor group expression also have significant differences , in giant cell tumor , grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ , Ⅲ level of CD147 expression compare also have significant differences ; in osteosarcoma , giant cell tumor of CD147 expression and patient gender , age clearly related ; but with soft tissue infringement have obvious relationship. Conclusion : CD147 osteochondroma no expression , while higher positive expression rate in giant cell tumor , osteosarcoma of CD147 positive expression rate of the highest expression of CD147 in osteosarcoma were significantly osteochondroma , the difference was significant ; Expressions of CD147 in giant cell tumor expression positive rate was significantly higher than the osteochondroma significant difference ; Expressions of CD147 expression in osteosarcoma and giant cell tumor , also have significant differences ; in osteosarcoma, giant cell tumor of CD147 expression and patient 's gender , age clearly related ; but with soft tissue assault have significant relationship , CD147 and tumor malignant degree of there being related ; preliminary inference CD147 there may be as to determine bone tumor the degree of malignancy , it is estimated that the prognosis of a secondary index .
