Objective: to understand the fracture of the senile osteoporosis patients bone mineral density (BMD) and biochemical markers of bone metabolism - osteocalcin hormone (BGP), bone alkaline phosphatase (B-ALP), collagen type I C - end (CTX) threshold, the prevention of the occurrence of osteoporotic fractures, and improve clinical outcomes. Methods: The clinical data of statistics and the method of inspection and diagnostic indicators combined study. Observed clinical data of 85 patients with different symptoms in patients with osteoporosis, senile osteoporosis associated with fracture group (65 cases) and senile osteoporosis did not fracture group (20 cases). Were collected bone mineral density (BMD), osteocalcin (BGP), bone alkaline phosphatase (B-ALP), collagen type I C-terminal (CTX), clinical monitoring value. Replacement of 27 cases of healthy persons as normal controls, inspection items with osteoporosis group. Statistical analysis: The data obtained to the mean (?) ± standard deviation of the numeric variable data using one-way ANOVA, categorical data using t test, X ~ 2 test, P lt; 0.05 for significant differences. Calculated and compared three groups of test results obtained osteoporotic fractures, bone density and biochemical markers of bone metabolism, clinical monitoring threshold. Results: Comparative analysis of osteoporosis fractures, bone density and osteocalcin, bone alkaline phosphatase, collagen type I C-terminal apparent specificity, clinical monitoring and early warning can refer to as osteoporotic fractures. Osteoporosis BMD and biochemical markers of bone metabolism was significantly lower than that in the normal control group, significantly lower than in patients with osteoporosis-related fracture detection value, including lumbar L2-4, femoral neck NECK WARD'S triangle, greater trochanter the TROCH, of radial RADIUS five parts of BMD with the incidence of osteoporosis and osteoporotic fractures, BMD showed a clear downward trend; osteoporotic fracture patients osteocalcin (BGP), bone alkaline phosphatase ( significant change in B-ALP), collagen type I C-terminal (CTX) monitoring data relatively unexplored fractures in patients with osteoporosis. In summary, the bone mineral density (BMD), osteocalcin (BGP), bone alkaline phosphatase (B-ALP), collagen type I C-terminal (CTX) clinical monitoring value for the warning osteoporotic fractures occur important value. Conclusion: the threshold of osteoporotic fractures, bone density - the lumbar 0.714 ± 0.107 (g / cm ~ 2), femoral neck 0.570 ± 0.119 (g / cm ~~ 2), distal radius 0.267 ± 0.1108 (g / cm- 2); of osteocalcin hormone (BGP) and 5.75 ± 5.43 ng / ml, collagen type I C-end (CTX) 0.47 ± 0.39ng/ml, bone alkaline phosphatase (B-ALP) 34.05 ± 13.33u / l, bone qualitative osteoporosis fracture clinical monitoring and early warning.
