Abstract


This dissertation includes two sections.section 1 Documents about the research progresses in the chemical constituents and pharmacological activites of Erigeron canadensis L..85 references were cited.section 2 Experimental study for the part to Erigeron Canadensis L. whole plant as raw material, the use of modern medicine chemical separation and purification method, combined with pharmacological model, selected with antitumor activity of effective fraction, and further study on the extraction and separation and purification of antitumor activity of effective fraction, in order to improve its content in five categories of new drugs effective fraction of traditional Chinese medicine at more than 50% of the content , and requests to declare a national invention patent, and set up antitumor effective parts of Erigeron Canadensis L. quality standards,so as to develop Erigeron Canadensis L. as raw materials a new antitumor medicine formulations provided a detailed theoretical basis and the material basis, at the same time for better development and utilization of Erigeron Canadensis L. the folk medicine to develop of the corresponding standard of medicinal material. On this basis, this experiment also in-depth research on the chemical constituents of Erigeron Canadensis L. through a variety of separation and identification techniques, from which isolated five compounds, one of a compound is a new one, and the remaining the first four compounds were first isolate from Erigeron Canadensis L., and Provide technical support for the development into a high standard of effective part of traditional Chinese medicine and a more prominent antitumor activity of lead compounds.
