Abstract

Research purposes: the choice of 35% phosphoric acid and 17% EDTA solution on root canal wall different processing time to study the impact of the combined effect of resin-based sealer and root canal wall, in order to further explore the resin-based sealer in root canal therapy the effective application of early experimental basis. Methods: 64 single extraction orthodontic treatment the tube constant premolar crown down Preparedness Act of root canal preparation Protaper nickel titanium file. The prepared teeth were randomly divided into the P1, P2, P3, E1, E2, and E3 of the six experimental groups and one control group C; P1, P2, P3, respectively, to phosphoric acid treatment 5s, 10s, 15s, EK, E2, E3 respectively. EDTA treatment 30s, 60s, 90s. C distilled water 90s. Each experimental group of 10 teeth, and a control group of 4 teeth. In each experimental group treated with 5m1 distilled water rinse lmin root canal. Eight samples were randomly selected from each experimental group and blank control group 2 samples along the root buccolingual longitudinal split, scanning electron microscope observation groups root in the neck, in sharp three parts of the smear layer removal and grading assessment. Using Kruskal-Wallis H, Mann-Whitney U test and two-factor analysis of variance (two-way ANOVA) smear layer scores compare each group to ask and group differences. A total of 14 samples of each experimental group and the control group remaining use as a root canal sealer and gutta-percha, LuxaCore-Dual root canal filling, filling the sample set will be seven days in 37 ° C constant temperature water bath. Along the teeth the enamel dentin sector coronally at 2mm truncated crown, while truncated the apical 1mm, the remainder of the root (10-12mm), then equally divided into 3 parts 30s soaked with 35% phosphoric acid solution, 5% sodium hypochlorite solution soak for 5min, washed with distilled water 1min, then ultrasonic cleaning 3min. The scanning electron microscope observation of the the groups root in the neck, in three parts, sharp resin protrusion and the formation of the mixed layer. Results: 1.35% phosphoric acid solution 15s group smear layer score lower than 5s group, and the 10s group and the control group (P <0.01); 17% EDTA solution 60s group and 90s group smear layer scores lower than the 30s group the root of the neck and the control group (P lt; 0.01); smear layer scores of the the phosphate the 15s group the, EDTA60s group and 90s group had no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), but the phosphate 15s group and EDTA90s of group dentin excessive demineralization. 2. Phosphate the 15s group EDTA60s group and 90s group processing the root canal wall, is formed in the root canal wall - resin sealer interface intensive, long resin projections, visible uniform mixed layer, but the root canal wall 60s after combination of EDTA treatment The effect of phosphoric acid to be slightly better than the 15s: resin formed by other experimental group and the control group suddenly short, no obvious mixed layer. Treatment solution is different from the role of the different regions of the root canal wall, the apical smear layer score higher than a root canal on a 2/3 (P lt; 0.01), but the root of the neck and root middle of no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); resin filling the combined effect of the apical dentin and resin sealers also worse than the root of the neck (P lt; 0.01). Conclusion: 1.35% phosphoric acid solution deal with the root canal wall 15 seconds and 17% EDTA solution processing up to 60 seconds can effectively remove the smear layer. Root canal wall effectively remove the smear layer of root canal wall - a combination of resin-based sealers help to improve, improve the sealing effect; 17% EDTA solution deal with the root canal wall up to 60 seconds compared with 35% phosphoric acid solution for 15 seconds the combination good effect. 3 the special structure of the apical portion is not conducive to the binding of the root wall with a resin-type blocking agent.
