Abstract


Objective: Through the small sample of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease (non-erosive reflux disease, NERD) patients with anxiety and / or depression score investigate a preliminary understanding of NERD patients and the relevance of Psychological factors, and through non-erosive of gastroesophageal reflux disease the method of shugan tongjiang tiaosheng and shugan tongjiang Clinical efficiency of observation, an objective evaluation method of NERD patients with sedative effect and psychosomatic conditions, quality of life change, and to explore the basis of clinical observation of the disease TCM typing for NERD of Chinese and Western Medicine to develop new ideas and methods.Methods: From March 2007 ~ January 2009, on the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital Medical digestion hospital outpatient, hospital and Digestive Endoscopy Center of Fujian Province with typical heartburn and reflux symptoms (such as retrosternal pain, sour regurgitation or regurgitation) in patients with gastroscopy Electronics, rule out the possibility that esophageal mucosal damage or performance, such as Barrett esophagus in patients with selected non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease patients, the study investigate with reflux disease questionnaire (reflux diagnostic questionnaire, RDQ table) to their symptom severity score, the application of internationally used self-rating anxiety scale (Self-rating anxiety scale, SAS) , self-rating depression Scale (Self-rating depression scale, SDS) for all selected patients with anxiety and / or psychological evaluation of depression and total score statistics, observation of non-erosive gastro-oesophageal reflux patients and the relevance of Psychological factors. And through non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease the method of shugan tongjiang tiaosheng and shugan tiaosheng Clinical efficacy of observation, an objective evaluation method of NERD patients with sedative effect and psychosomatic conditions, quality of life change, and in accordance with explore the clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine this disease type.The results: (1) In 60 Example NERD patients, 45.0% of patients with depression, with state anxiety accounted for 53.5%, 3 patients have the merger of depression, anxiety state, were the statistical total of psychological abnormality 93.3%; The gender, age structure of patients have free significant effect to disease; (2) The RDQ symptom score and the SDS, SAS had significantly positive correlation (r=0.529～0.750、p<0.046～0.002) ; (3) The two groups with comparable pre-treatment condition, symptoms improved significantly after treatment(p<0.01) , the symptoms of a considerable effect, the total effect of the experimental group compared with the control group no significant difference, but the cure rate advantage over the control group (p<0.05) ; (4) The control group after treatment although the symptom score decreased significantly(p<0.01), but SDS, SAS value is not significantly improved(p>0.05); the experimental group of RDQ points, SDS, SAS have been good improvements in efficiency(p<0.05) ; (5) The treatment improved symptom score after the two groups with the SDS, SAS relevance has declined to the test group was even more pronounced the end of treatment there was no significant correlation (p>0.05 ) ; (6) the experimental group of NERD patients with SDS, SAS value higher remission rate higher than the control group advantage(p<0.05) .Conclusion: 1. Social and psychological factors in the pathogenesis of NERD to play an important role. 2. NERD patients with symptoms of the severity of their depression / anxiety was a positive correlation integral, NERD patients and the severity and psychological factors exist highly relevant. 3. NERD patients with psychological abnormality rate than previously reported for high-NERD may be related to study select the relevant cases; 4. The medication can significantly elevate correlation between RDQ integration and with SDS, SAS integration; 5. The method of shugan tongjiang tiaosheng help to significantly improve symptoms in patients with NERD and accompanying psychological abnormality; 6. NERD Chinesemedicine treatment had no significant side effects and adverse reactions.
