Objective: observed choleretic row of stone soup clinical efficacy for the treatment of liver and gallbladder damp gallstones , gallbladder stone row soup mechanisms for the treatment of liver and gallbladder damp gallstones and explore from both theoretical and clinical research . : Clinical select meet the inclusion criteria 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, one gallbladder stone row soup decoction as a treatment group , the other group as a control group , given gall Kang Capsule , the two groups were observed clinical efficacy. Therapeutic efficacy based on symptoms, signs and radiological results were compared before and after treatment , clinical symptoms and stones change . Results: Clinical studies have shown that the total effective rate of 73.33% , the total efficiency of the control group was 70.00% , the efficacy of the treatment group and the control group, no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) , the treatment group on the right / right upper quadrant pain , epigastric full increased inflation , eating greasy , quite right upper quadrant tenderness improvement with the control group .
