Abstract


Objective: This project aims to \Methods: 60 patients with clinical inclusion criteria for knee osteoarthritis pain were randomly divided into two groups . Treatment group 30 cases , the use of enclosed shallow needling acupuncture treatment , the control group of 30 patients with routine acupuncture treatment. Treatment times are 15 days for a course of treatment, one after the end of treatment , rest three days , for the first two courses. After two courses of treatment for the symptoms of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared between the two groups and conduct . Results : The total effective rate was 96.7% ; the control group, the total effective rate was 83.3%. Treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the total effective rate (P <0.05), indicating that the treatment could significantly improve knee osteoarthritis pain level. Conclusion: Wai needle shallow puncture right knee osteoarthritis pain has a better clinical efficacy , and safe operation, the patient's pain or slight pain in the case , to achieve better clinical efficacy, worthy of clinical application . But the mechanism needs further study.
